The goal of the Movement Challenge is to reach students who are not active enough and help them reflect, try out, and plan their own movement based on their individual conditions. Through this, we aim to increase their engagement and internal motivation. The challenge also targets students who may already, or soon will be training too much and too narrowly. The project provides them with an opportunity to gain a more balanced perspective on their training approach.
