My Healthy Plate: A flyer for you, students!

We are pleased to present our new flyer “The Healthy Plate”! This flyer is designed especially for you to inform you about healthy eating in a simple and clear way. It shows what a balanced meal looks like and which food groups are important.

The four categories:
  1. Fruit: Fruit is not only delicious, but also full of vitamins and fiber. Whether apples, bananas or berries - they are perfect snacks and support your health!
  2. Vegetables: Vegetables are an important part of every meal. There is a huge selection, from carrots to broccoli and spinach. They provide lots of nutrients and keep you fit and energized.
  3. Carbohydrates: Carbohydrates are your body's source of energy. Wholemeal bread, rice and oatmeal are great options that will give you long-lasting energy for school and sports.
  4. Proteins: Proteins are important for cell growth and repair. You can find them in foods such as meat, fish, eggs, pulses and nuts. They help you stay strong and healthy.
On the back of the flyer you will find additional information and tips on what else is part of a healthy lifestyle to help you stay fit in class and in your free time!
