The Wall of Gratitude

The 4-6 week interdisciplinary project is suitable for students of all ages. Step by step, students are introduced to the topic of gratitude and learn methods to foster mindfulness in their daily lives.

The Wall of Gratitude

During the 4-6 week project, students are introduced to the topic of gratitude and its emotional and social significance, and learn about methods of mindfulness in everyday life. The learning units help to strengthen the sense of community, show methods of recognising and expressing positive feelings and exchanging ideas about them.
