RYHEALTH Fitness Resources Hub
International tools for assessing physical fitness and promoting physical activity in educational settings
We present a repository of publicly accessible resources created by research projects on fitness for health and active transport for youth. All are based on science. The projects collected are:
- ALPHA-Fitness Battery: Health-Related Fitness Test Battery for Children and Adolescents
- PREFIT Battery: Assessment of physical fitness in preschool children.
- FitBack: European Network for the Support of Development of Systems for Monitoring Physical Fitness of Children and Adolescents.
- PACO: Cycling and walking to school
