How to use the Health Star
The Health Star features five points, each representing a unique challenge or activity that encourages participants to think about their physical, mental, and social well-being.
Feel free to divide a larger group into five smaller groups, with each group starting at a different challenge or activity. The groups can then rotate between the stations until all participants have completed all five challenges.
