RYHEALTH – A Training Programme for Teachers

Our training program is designed to help schools integrate physical activity, healthy nutrition, mental well-being, and sustainability as key themes in everyday school life. It provides a comprehensive introduction to RYHEALTH and its four projects:
  • The Sustainability Project - Tips for a sustainable lifestyle in the school environment and practical projects.
  • The Happiness Project - Strategies to enhance mental well-being and recognize students’ psychological challenges.
  • The Nutrition Project - A concept for healthy and mindful eating for students.
  • The Activity Project - Promoting physical activity in daily school routines.
In addition to theoretical foundations, the training includes practical guidance and implementation recommendations that teachers can apply directly in the classroom and school environment. It also provides further materials to facilitate the long-term and sustainable integration of these topics into everyday school life.

The goal of this training is to support teachers in motivating their students to adopt a healthy and sustainable lifestyle while serving as role models themselves.
