The RYHEALTH Happiness Project

 Fostering Mental Well-being in Schools.
The Happiness Project is one of the four key pillars of the RYHEALTH initiative. It promotes mental well-being through physical activity, balanced nutrition, and outdoor  experiences.

The Happiness Project – Promoting Mental Well-being in Children

A Healthy Mind and Body
A healthy mind and body go hand in hand. When one suffers, the other is affected - but the good news is that we can nurture both. From an early age, physical activity, balanced nutrition, and time spent outdoors have a powerful impact on mental well-being.

Empowering the Next Generation
The Happiness Project, a key pillar of the RYHEALTH initiative, focuses on helping children develop tools and skills to prioritise their mental health. By fostering resilience and happiness, we support them in thriving at home, in school, and in their communities - laying the foundation for lifelong well-being.

Support Through Education
A central part of the project is the training of teachers. Educators learn how to integrate mental health practices into the classroom and create supportive, healthy learning environments.
