400-500 grams of fruits and vegetables

Navigating dietary advice can feel overwhelming. This material focuses on a recommendation with clear health benefits for both your well-being today and your future health. The guidelines are clear 400-500 grams of fruit and vegetables per day depending on age, but why is it important? And how much is it in practice? The material is a flexible guide to use for your own eating habits, as teaching material at school or to increase the proportion of fruit and vegetables in your children's meals.

Movement Challange

The goal of the Movement Challenge is to reach students who are not active enough and help them reflect, try out, and plan their own movement based on their individual conditions. Through this, we aim to increase their engagement and internal motivation. The challenge also targets students who may already, or soon will be training too much and too narrowly. The project provides them with an opportunity to gain a more balanced perspective on their training approach.
