Reflect on what quality in your training means to you – is it something that truly energizes you? No matter where you are in life, it’s never too late to find your joy in movement!

Movement Challange

The goal of the Movement Challenge is to reach students who are not active enough and help them reflect, try out, and plan their own movement based on their individual conditions. Through this, we aim to increase their engagement and internal motivation. The challenge also targets students who may already, or soon will be training too much and too narrowly. The project provides them with an opportunity to gain a more balanced perspective on their training approach.

Freedom & Adventure in Nature

The nature film is an inspiring film that shows how the Right of Public Access grants us the freedom to experience nature. The film encourages us to take advantage of nature's health benefits while reminding us of the importance of respecting and caring for our surroundings.
